To be considered as a benefactor for Pedal for Paws and Claws you must be a non-profit 501(c)3 Animal Health Organization that helps the animal community or are a no-kill Animal Health Organization whose main goal is to adopt out or foster an animal and believes in using euthanization only as the last resort, as their is no hope for the animal and it is suffering, and not euthanizing healthy animals for population control, aggressive behavior or for shelter space.
Your organization is located in the Treasure Valley area.
Your non-profit status must be a 501(c)3. You will need to email your W-9 and 501(c)3 forms to email@example.com after you have submitted your application.
You must be willing to allow our committee members to visit your location if needed in making our decision to support your organization, answer all questions/concerns about your practices truthfully and provide any needed documentation to help us in making our decision.
If selected for our 2018 event, you will need to provide a high resolution logo, have a booth on site at the event with the appropriate materials about your organization and be able to volunteer and help at the event.
We also request that you help market our event through your support contacts, add our logo and event information to your website, like our Facebook page as well as provide event information on your Facebook page.
We love animals and we take Animal Health very seriously, we want to help our furry community and our cycling event is one of the best events in the Treasure Valley and growing each year.
We want to help everyone that is in need of assistance and this is one way our foundation has chosen to give back, so our selection committee is very diligent on selecting the best Animal Health organization or organizations to assist each year.
